Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation notice via email containing more details regarding the day of the event. For those of you who have registered through the Hong Kong International Chamber Music Festival (HKICMF), you may receive a similar confirmation notice via post. On the day of the event, please bring a copy of the confirmation notice with you. Each member of your party should also bring a valid form of ID. 

Notes: 

(i) With the exception of the first row which is reserved for players and Foundation staff, there is no seating arrangement in the Recital Hall. 
(ii)  The Foundation will only guarantee a maximum of 4 seats per registration. Any additional seats are subject to availability on the day of the event.
